Project details, materials, pricing, and estimated production time are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Secure Your Order
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
Creation Process
Each project is individually handcrafted and produced with attention to detail. Production times vary depending on complexity, with some projects requiring additional preparation or curing time.
Final Payment
Once the project is completed, the remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment.
Shipping
After final payment is received, the finished order is carefully packed and shipped.

Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including discontinued communication or incomplete final payment.
Minor variations between sketches, mockups, previews, and finished products may occur as part of the handmade process.
Projects may be declined if they fall outside production capabilities, quality standards, or creative direction.
You will be kept informed about the progress and status of your order throughout the entire process.
