Some content may include historical information. Historical details are, by nature, not current and are provided for reference only.
Section 25. Changes to Service and Pricing
Section 26. Products and Services
Many of our pieces are produced in small quantities, while some are made to order or created as custom projects. Because of this, product availability may change without notice.
Every effort is made to present products as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions, and measurements. However, colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of certain items.
From time to time, product information may be updated, pricing adjusted, new collections released, existing products retired, or availability limited in certain locations.
Due to the handcrafted and creative nature of the work, minor differences between product images and the final item may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.
A commitment is maintained to providing quality products and a positive shopping experience. If there are any questions about an item before purchasing, customers are encouraged to reach out for assistance.
Section 27. Orders and Account Information
To help ensure smooth order processing and delivery, please keep your account and contact information current at all times.
For details regarding returns, exchanges, and eligible products, please refer to our Return Policy.
Section 28. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for the customer based on individual ideas, preferences, measurements, or design requests. Before production begins, project details, pricing, materials, sizing, and design elements may be discussed to ensure a clear understanding of the scope of work.
Production time for custom garments is typically between 3 and 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. In many cases, orders may be completed sooner, but production times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Because custom items are made specifically for one customer, they cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.
Minor differences between sketches, mockups, digital previews, and the final product may occur as part of the handmade creation process and do not qualify as defects.
The right is reserved to decline any custom project that falls outside production capabilities, standards, or creative direction.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of: 04.06.2026.
