Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, seasonal peaks, or other factors outside Raven Relics’ control. Orders shipped outside the applicable customs territory may be subject to import duties and taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn’t collected after a delivery attempt, both the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email first. Exchange availability depends on the product and stock availability.

Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Raven Relics will cover the return cost.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions by email.

When sending your parcel back, we recommend printing the return confirmation email and including it inside the package. If this is not possible, please include a note with the following details:

We also recommend marking “Returned Goods” on the outside of the parcel where applicable.

Yes. Raven Relics is built mainly on original designs created from scratch, developed and crafted in Italy with a strong focus on Italian quality and attention to detail. Only a small, carefully selected part of accessories may come from external suppliers, and only when they fully align with our aesthetic, standards, and values.

Some items may return, but many are released in limited quantities. We focus on creating unique pieces rather than mass production, so once something is gone, it may not come back.

Raven Relics E-gift cards are available in the following denominations: 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000. They are delivered via email.
