How does Raven Rewards work?

Raven Rewards is a program for customers who have an account in the Raven Relics store. You don't need to collect points or activate any additional options. Your program level is awarded based on the value of qualifying purchases assigned to your account.

1. Program levels. For logged-in members only.

Raven Hunter: After reaching $300 in qualifying purchases, you will receive:

- a $50 voucher for your next order, valid for 12 months from the date it is awarded,
- standard mystery box added to the order with which you reach the threshold,

The minimum value of your next order before applying the voucher is $200.

Sinwear: After reaching $666 in qualifying purchases, you will receive:

- a $100 voucher for your next order, valid for 12 months from the date it is awarded,
- medium mystery box added to the order with which you reach the threshold,

The minimum value of your next order before applying the voucher is $400.

Lord of Hell: from $1,500

After reaching $1,500 in qualifying purchases, you will receive:

- a $150 voucher for your next order, valid for 12 months from the date it is awarded,
- premium mystery box added to the order with which you reach the threshold,

The minimum value of your next order before applying the voucher is $600.

2. How is the value of purchases calculated?

The following are not included in the value of purchases:

- shipping costs,
- taxes, customs duties, and import fees listed separately,
- gift card purchases,
- cancelled products,
- returned products,
- unpaid orders,
- Pre-orders and orders with partial payments are included in the program only after the full value of the order has been paid

3. Voucher rules.

Each voucher:

- is sent to the email address assigned to the account,
- is valid for 3 or 6 or 12 months from the date it is awarded,
- may only be used once,
- may only be used by the account owner,
- cannot be exchanged for cash,
- cannot be sold or transferred to another person,
- cannot be used to purchase gift cards,
- cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we clearly state otherwise,
- may only be restored if the order is cancelled before it is shipped,
- the voucher cannot be divided between several orders
- if an order paid partly with a voucher is returned, only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded

! The voucher may be used on available regular and pre-order products and may not apply to certain individual custom orders, special products, or products marked as excluded from promotions. 4. Gifts for reaching a level.

A reward for reaching a level is awarded after the applicable spending threshold has been reached. Whenever possible, the reward will be added to the order that qualifies you for that level. Depending on availability and fulfillment arrangements, it may be shipped separately.

The type, color, design, variant, and contents of each reward box are determined by Raven Relics and depend on the current collection and availability. Raven Relics reserves the right to decide what each box contains during a given period. The reward may be a product from the regular collection, an item created exclusively for the Raven Rewards program, another item or/and unique discount code with a fixed or percentage value selected by Raven Relics.

A full-size gift means a complete product in its standard size or capacity. It will not be a discount code, sample, tester, or miniature.

5. Moving between levels.

Your status remains assigned to your customer account for one year.If a return or order cancellation causes the total value of your purchases to fall below the required threshold, your level may be reduced accordingly.If one order takes you across more than one threshold, you will receive gift assigned to the highest level reached through that order.Vouchers and one-time gifts from several levels cannot be combined within one order.If you have previously received benefits from a lower level, you keep them. After reaching the next level, you receive its new benefits. You receive only the gift assigned to their level.

6. Returns and cancelled orders.

Cancelled and returned products are not included in the value of qualifying purchases.

If a return reduces the value of your purchases below a program threshold, an unused voucher or unclaimed gift may be cancelled.

In the event of a partial return, the value of qualifying purchases will be reduced accordingly.

To ensure every reward is processed correctly, vouchers and discount codes are issued once the applicable return period has ended.

7. How Do Purchase Thresholds Work?

Qualifying purchase thresholds accumulate over the course of a calendar year. Customers do not need to spend $300, $666, or $1,500 in a single order to unlock a membership level.

Your Raven Rewards level is based on your total qualifying spend across all eligible orders linked to your account. It does not matter how many orders it takes to reach a level. Each qualifying order contributes to your running total until the next spending threshold is reached.

8. Additional Ways to Earn Vouchers.

Both logged in customers and guests may receive additional vouchers through select promotions organized by Raven Relics. These rewards do not count toward qualifying spend and do not affect the customer’s Raven Rewards membership tier.

Each voucher may be used only once, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other discount code unless otherwise expressly stated by Raven Relics.

Sabbat Quiz: $5 voucher

The customer may receive a $5 voucher for completing the Sabbat Quiz form available on the Loyalty page.

The voucher:

- is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued,
- may be used on an order with a minimum product subtotal of $50 before the voucher is applied and excluding shipping,
- may be awarded only once per customer unless Raven Relics clearly states otherwise

Summon a Friend: $10 voucher for you and $10 voucher for your friend

The customer may receive a $10 voucher for referring a new person to Raven Relics. The referred friend may also receive a $10 voucher toward their first qualifying order.

For the referral to be accepted:

- the referred friend must be a new Raven Relics customer,
- the referred friend must create a Raven Relics account,
- the referral must be submitted through the form available on the Loyalty page before the friend places their first order,
- the order must be the referred customer’s first paid purchase,
- the product subtotal must be at least $75 before the referral voucher is applied and excluding shipping,
- the referring customer’s voucher will be issued only after the qualifying purchase has been paid and approved.

The referred friend’s voucher may be used toward their first qualifying order.

The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued and may be used on a future order with a minimum product subtotal of $75 before the voucher is applied and excluding shipping.

If the referred order is canceled, returned, refunded, remains unpaid, or is flagged as suspicious, the referral reward may be canceled.

Relic Ritual: $15 voucher

The customer may receive a $15 voucher for sharing a Raven Relics product unboxing video on social media.

For the video to qualify for the reward:

- it must clearly show the purchased Raven Relics product,
- it must be at least 20 seconds long,
- it must include the Raven Relics hashtag,
- it must be submitted through the form available on the social media or email,
- it must be approved by Raven Relics before the voucher is issued

One Relic Ritual reward may be granted per qualifying order.

The voucher:

- is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued,
- may be used on an order with a minimum product subtotal of $100 before the voucher is applied and excluding shipping,
- may be used only once

Returned, refunded, canceled, or unpaid orders do not qualify for the reward.

By submitting the video, the customer allows Raven Relics to view it for reward verification. If the customer gives separate permission for reposting, Raven Relics may share the submitted material on its social media, website, or promotional channels, with credit to the author where possible.

Raven Relics reserves the right to reject materials that are unclear, incomplete, fake, misleading, inappropriate, violate third-party rights, or do not meet the program requirements.

9. Coffin Rewards Rules. For logged-in members only.

- The Preorder Reward provides one $15 discount code for the next order after purchasing an eligible preorder product.

- First Bite: Get early access to new releases, limited-edition drops, preorders, and select Raven Relics launches before they become available to everyone else.

- The Review Reward provides 10% off for a product review or 15% off when the review includes an original photo or video. One reward may be granted per purchased product.

- The Social Media Reward provides one $5 discount code after following Raven Relics on Instagram and TikTok. This reward may be claimed once per customer.

Discount codes are valid for 6 months unless stated otherwise. They cannot be combined with other codes, transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or divided between multiple orders.

Shipping costs, taxes, gift cards, cancelled items, returned items, refunded items, and unpaid orders do not count toward the required purchase value.

Vouchers and discount codes are issued after the applicable return period has ended. Cancelled, returned, refunded, unpaid, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for rewards.

Raven Relics may select the type, design, size, colour, or variant of physical rewards based on current availability. Full-size rewards are complete products in their standard size or capacity and are not samples, testers, or miniatures.

10. Abuse and Verification.

Raven Relics reserves the right to verify submissions, orders, account activity, and reward eligibility.

Submissions, orders, or actions considered fake, suspicious, duplicated, incomplete, misleading, or violating the rules of the program may be rejected.

Accounts involved in abuse, fake submissions, manipulation of the loyalty program, or repeated violations may be suspended or permanently blocked.

11. Other Rules.

Raven Relics may update the rules of the loyalty program, rewards, thresholds, gift frequency, and available special campaigns if necessary for the proper operation of the program.
